Does he realize what he’s getting into?

A very sweet Someone is offering up this to those of us who want to do a little chocolate bartering. I leave it up to you to decide what to trade. I’ll take mine with noisettes, please.

This at a time when I’m developing a new tendancy to carry around bars of Valrhona in schoolbag just in case, and the very directed buying of giant chocolate cakes to almost-not share with friends after sushi. Oh yes, the sushi opportunity was there last night but I was feeling cold and pouty and not with him, so I had chicken katsu curry for comfort and reassurance,

hey, where’s the mac salad?

which is definitely not helping the burrito baby, but re-found love of yoga with Yhhhghoorge pulling on my ponytail and telling me to extend up through my soft palate (huh?) just might. He opened my chest and almost made me cry and I love him for it all.

The truth about Japanese restaurants was revealed to me the other day and I’ll share it today with you. This clip reminds me of Marlene’s warning about my over-use of the word “mushy” when I was in Berlin. Apparently it means something else entirely in German.

This girl in the Bay Area is one after my own heart. Her photos are absolutely beautiful and make my mouth water and my heart sing and she does hula too and her links are great: check out the first one, Pinoy Cook and this one, English Patis. Chocolate & Zucchini is nice, but good to have the other half (of me) represented, no?

P.S. I was not hiding the gouda from you. I’m serious. Ay’ nako.
